This is where you can find general and personalised help for problems you are having with your Mac, iPad or iPhone.  

If you need help setting up a new Mac, or if your Mac is running slowly, abnormally, needs updating, upgrading, or has other problems, arrangements can be made for  personal assistance.  Desktop 27″ and 24″ iMacs will be seen at your house, 21.5″ iMacs, MacBooks iPhones and iPads at my house. I can also advise on backup solutions using Apple Time Machine, or Cloning systems.

Apple Warranty/AppleCare repairs:     If you have a hardware problem with your new Mac and it is still under AppleCare 1 year or 3 year extended warranty,  contact Apple Support  1300 321 456    They will refer you to the nearest Authorised Apple Repairer    Alternatively go to Apple support online if you are able to connect.
